We're Central Ohio's longest-running camp of its kind...

We've taught hundreds of kids to ride and enjoy horses!

Located in Central Ohio's beautiful horse country, Bookmark Farms Horse Lover's Day Camp is fun and educational.  

Horse-related games and crafts as well as playtime and farm fun round out a great week of horsin' around:

• Each camper rides everyday in group and private lessons.

• Each camper works directly with horses and learns safe ways to lead, groom and tack.

• Campers learn how horses think and what horses expect from campers/riders.

• Riding instruction is taught in the hunter/jumper style.

Camp Dates: Each camp runs Mon-Fri 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

On the last day of camp, parents are invited to watch campers as they show off their new skills atop their favorite Bookmark Farms horse or pony.

Whether you've attended Horse Lover's Day Camp before or are a new camper to Bookmark Farms, you're  guaranteed to have fun.

Our horses and ponies are sweet and gentle and looking forward to summer camp. Come meet the favorites: Victor, Promise and Billy Bob. They love seeing old friends, and meeting new ones too!!

And wait 'till you meet our friendly goats!

• No experience necessary. If you do come to camp with some riding experience, our trained counselors will work with you at your level. Same goes for campers who take multiple camp weeks each summer.

• Camp is co-ed and campers must be between the ages of four and sixteen.

• Before-and-after camp-care is available for $5 per 1/2 hour.

4 ways to register:

• Print out registration form and mail with check or credit card information.

• Save registration form as an attachment and email to bookmarkfarms@aol.com. Please include payment information on registration form.

•  Pay by phone with credit card between the hours of 11 am and 7 pm. Office personnel will fill out registration form information with you on the phone.

• Stop by Bookmark Farms between the hours of 11 am and 7 pm and register in person. Please check in at the Office.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: All camp registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. To reserve your dates we must have your completed registration(s) accompanied by full payment and signed liability form(s).  No refunds will be given with the exception of a written medical excuse from a physician. Monies paid for camp can be credited toward another camp session, lessons, pony party, etc. An administrative fee of $20 will be charged. Chosen camp dates can be changed up to 10 business days before your scheduled session begins. Rescheduling will incur a $20 administrative fee. We reserve the right to cancel or change any session based upon participation. No fee will be charged if this occurs.
